Testing monitors andmachine functions. Taking patient vital signs before and after treatment. Measuring, calculating and adjusting blood flow and fluid removal rates.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must have completed the age of 17 years as on 31″ December of admission year. There is no maximum age limit for the admission

→ Educational Qualification:

  • 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology from recognized Board under CBSE/CSE/M.P. Board or other equivalent Board A candidate who has appeared in examination of intermediate (science) is also eligible for entrance examination but must produce the mark sheet or certificates at the time of admission to the course.

→ Students shall be admitted once a year.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

1.  Application Process:

Prospectus, including the application form, is available from the concerned institution on payment of Rs. 250 (postal charges extra) and on the website ratanjyotigroupofhospita.org. In case of downloaded application, a demand draft of Rs. 250- (in favour of “Principal, Ratan Jyoti paramedical Institute”(as the case maybe)) is to be submitted with the application

Name, phone number and course applied for by the applicant should clearly be mentioned on the reverse side of demand draft. Incomplete application forms, application not submitted on the prescribed form, reaching office after the last date of submission will not be considered. The completed application form & admit card should reach the Principal of institute on or before 4 pm of last date of submission.

2. Documents to be submitted along with the completed application form:

  • Filled in admit card with two identical photos pasted on it
  • All the following documents duly attested by gazetted officer
  1. One photocopy each of XII class certificate
  2. One photocopy each of XII class Mark sheet
  3. Character certificate from headmaster/ principal of last attended school
  4. Photocopy of a photo-identity & residential proof document
  5. Undertaking from the parent/legal guardian of the candidate promising to meet all the financial obligations of the candidate during her his training
  • The applicant needs to bring all original documents for scrutiny at the time of interview.

3. Selection Procedure:

Written test and interview are compulsory for all eligible candidates. All questions in written test would be in Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) form. Subjects covered would be General Knowledge, Mathematics, Science and English. This would be followed by the interview. Based on the written & interview, merit list of selected candidates will be displayed on website along with the relevant institution notice board.

4. Medical Examination:

Candidates selected after the interview would undergo medical examination in RJN APOLLO

SPECTRA HOSPITAL GWALIOR Only those found to be medically fit would be admitted to the course.

5. Fees:

Students are required to pay prescribed fee of college at the time of admission. This can be paid in three instalments. I instalment at the time of admission, II” instalment up to 15 November & III” instalment up to 15 January. If the fee is not paid before due date, student has to pay the penalty in addition of prescribed fee

6. Dress Code:

Students should be in uniform, display their Identity Cards prominently and maintain personal cleanliness and neatness at all times.

7. Library Facilities:

The Library of the school is well-equipped with various medical and general books of foreign and Indian authors, reference books, journals. The library is open from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm daily including during the holidays.

8. GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS:

  1. Students are not allowed to take up or continue any other academic courses or training during their training period with this institution
  2. Students are barred from carrying and/or using mobile phones in the classroom, clinical areas, library and elsewhere in the Hospital premises during assigned training hours. Those violating this rule are liable to have their phones confiscated
  3. Each student will have to submit an affidavit that all documents submitted by him/her are genuine and authentic. At any time during the course, any student with fraudulent documents will be subjected to disciplinary proceedings, including expulsion, confiscation of fees, etc.
  4. Mandatory for parents of outstation candidates to nominate a local guardian(s) with information of full names, address, telephone number(s), photograph and relation with the student. The prescribed form shall be attested by the parents. Change of local guardian, if any, should be communicated by the parents in writing to the Principal of the school.
  5.  Parents should take prior permission to meet the Principal.
  6.  Students breaking any rules and regulations will face disciplinary action and will be liable to pay fine as applicable.
  7. Any student who discontinues the studies before the completion of the course for any reasons whatsoever shall be liable to pay the full course fees after adjusting the amount of fees already paid EX.
  8. Scheme of examination
  • Minimum pass marks shall be 50% in each of the theory and practical papers separately.
  • A candidate must have 75% attendance in each of the practical areas before award of degree.
  • If candidate fails in either theory or practical paper, he/she has to re-appear for both the papers (theory and practical).
  • The candidates shall have cleared all the previous examinations before appearing for final year examination
